telas de rayas utilizadas para el Lido de Venecia a principios del siglo
pasado. Disponible en una amplia gama de colores vivos y con una sorprendente
resistencia para uso también en tapicería, Carioca retoma un motivo universal
tejiéndolo con un sutil cambio de trama, de tafetán a raso, que aporta un

CARIOCA, a bold
striped cotton collection, looks back to the textile tradition of the
Castellini family. Carioca is reinventing the striped fabrics used for the
Venice Lido at the beginning of the last Century. Available in a wide range of
vivid colors and with a surprisingly strength that make it suitable for
upholstery, Carioca resumes a global motif weaving it in a subtle change of
weave, from taffeta to satin, that gives a glossy shine to the main colors.
